Shipping, pickup, and delivery details for website product orders are reviewed by Innotech before fulfillment.

Website checkout may show shipping as “to be calculated” or “manual review.” Innotech may contact the customer to confirm shipping cost, availability, delivery method, or pickup options before final fulfillment.

Innotech primarily serves Vancouver, Washington; Portland, Oregon; and surrounding areas. Some products or project materials may be better handled through local pickup, delivery, or installation scheduling.

Order Timing

Order timing depends on product availability, project requirements, and shipping method. Innotech will confirm any special requirements before shipping or delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address needs correction, contact Innotech as soon as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or missing, contact Innotech promptly with the order number, photos if available, and a description of the issue.
