Customer Information

Website Terms

These terms explain website orders, customer accounts, product purchases, installation responsibility, warranty limits, and safety expectations.

Website Information

Innotech makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but product details, pricing, availability, photos, specifications, and service descriptions may change or require confirmation.

Guest Checkout and Customer Accounts

Customers may use guest checkout or create a customer account. Customer accounts are optional and are intended to help customers view website order requests, paid receipts, contact information, and future order history. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login information and keeping account details accurate.

Orders, Payments, and Review

Website orders may be reviewed by Innotech before fulfillment. Shipping, tax, availability, and project-specific requirements may need confirmation. Payments are processed through Square when enabled. The website may remain in Sandbox/test mode until Production mode is intentionally activated.

Electrical / Low-Voltage Installation Safety

LED products, transformers, dimmers, wiring, controllers, channels, and related electrical or low-voltage equipment must be selected, wired, powered, mounted, and installed correctly. Installation must follow the product specifications, load calculations, voltage requirements, polarity, wet/dry location ratings, dimmer compatibility, transformer capacity, and all applicable codes and permit/licensing requirements.

Where electrical or low-voltage work requires a properly qualified or licensed contractor, the customer is responsible for using one unless installation is performed by Innotech under a separate written estimate, invoice, or agreement. Product purchases through the website do not automatically include installation, design, troubleshooting, programming, permits, or code compliance review.

Improper Installation / Use

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Innotech is not responsible for injury, electric shock, fire, property damage, product failure, code violations, or losses caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, wrong transformer or dimmer pairing, overloaded circuits, moisture exposure, misuse, modification, unqualified installation, or use outside the product specifications.

Product Warranty and Limitations

Any warranty, if offered, applies only as stated in writing by Innotech or the original manufacturer. Warranty coverage may be limited or denied for products that are cut, modified, miswired, overloaded, installed incorrectly, used with incompatible controls or drivers, exposed to unsuitable environments, or damaged after delivery. Labor, troubleshooting, removal, reinstallation, programming, shipping, and project delays are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

Returns and Shipping

Returns, refunds, replacements, shipping, pickup, delivery, and damaged/missing item claims are handled under the posted Shipping Policy and Return / Refund Policy. Custom-cut, installed, special-order, modified, or project-specific materials may not be returnable unless Innotech confirms otherwise.

Limitation of Website Use

The website, product catalog, customer portal, and admin systems are provided for normal customer and business use. Attempts to abuse, bypass, scrape, attack, or interfere with the website are prohibited.

These terms are intended as customer-facing website language and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before the website is switched to real Production payments. Questions? Contact Innotech Development Inc. at innotechdevelopment@gmail.com or call (503) 515-9079.
